A calendar that fits the way you plan
Some calendars are for looking at. This one is for writing on. Choose one month per page when you need room for appointments, shifts and deadlines, or put two, three, four or six months on a sheet when you want to see what is coming. The yearly layout puts all twelve months on a single page - handy inside a planner cover or on the side of a filing cabinet.
Start the year where your year starts
Not every year begins in January. Set the starting month to August for a school year, to July for a fiscal year, or to the month you are in right now, and you will still get twelve full months in order. Weeks can start on Sunday or on Monday.
Made for the printer you already have
The pages are plain black on white, so they print cleanly on any home or office printer and use very little ink. Letter and A4 cover everyday printing; Legal and 11x17 give you bigger boxes; the two poster sizes are meant for a copy shop and a wall. Turn on US holidays and the names print right in the boxes - Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Mother's Day and the rest, worked out for the year you picked. Shade the weekends if you like to see the week at a glance, switch the grid lines off for a lighter look, or add a notes area for lists and reminders.
How to print it
Press Download PDF to save the whole calendar as one file, or Print to send it straight to your printer. In the print window choose the same paper size you picked here and set the scale to 100% or Fit to page. Every page in the file is a separate sheet, so you can print the whole year or only the months you need.
